Granted, Satan has nothing to do with Voodoo, so Papa Legba might be the better choice. However, from my research, I do not think Papa Legba would appreciate being called on for such petty matters. As for Satan, I do not know much about him, but I suppose if the price is right. I would also caution those who wish to cast over another person, especially another Witch, you should take the targets spiritual team and personal protections into consideration before you cast or it might end badly for you. That is not a threat, that is words of wisdom. Magikal blowback is real, and most assume their spell backfired when it actually hit a protection.
