Surprisingly, in your trolling, you managed to stumble onto something vaguely plausible. You can use a mantra to help calm and center yourself. This is not it, but you could create one. It will not instantly calm you, but it is meant to ground you in times of stress. The key is to catch your thoughts and rewrite them until it feels natural.
