Have you ever had a wound that just wouldn't close? Here's what you do. You think of the cells around the wound, and imagion them splitting to form two new cells. If you actually know what this scientifically looks like, it's a lot easier to do. This will make your cells reproduce much faster, thus closing the wound much faster, as well. This is much easier to do on yourself. Tingling sensations are normal/to be expected.

What happens if the cells end up creating cancer?

It won't. What this spell is attempting to do is to focus energy in an area where you have a minor cut and speed the healing even if only a little. This is another one of those grey areas in magick where some feel it will work while others don't. Either way, it won't cause cancer, at best your wound will be healed a day or two faster than normal.

Could have used this when i was ten... I went camping and fell on a log i was balancing on...

This does not work.
