This world was made not by man or god but by chaos. The chaos of the multiverse. Gods can be either thought-forms or just very powerful deity such as the ghosts of power full witch, wizard, etc.

1) Meditate for 2 hours.
This will help you in the creation of your tulpa.
2) Create a thought-form. (I'm not going to bother guiding you through this part as there are so many other guides.)
3) Grab your amulet and place it in the center of a paper.
4) Draw a pentagram around it.
5) Force down the tulpa into it.
6) Chant the words in Enochian. put all your energy into it:
Corpses GEMEGANZA shift OD CNILA GEMEGANZA churn NOSTOAH OIAD flesh OL OIAD LONCHO GEMEGANZA soon return. GAHA OIAD NANAEEL OL chaos, (Your tulpa's name.) , OBZA OIAD release OL TELOC energy OL GEMEGANZA awaken LOAGAETH MAD slumber OD COMMAH OIAD NOSTOAH one. NANAEEL energy GEMEGANZA NOASMI AG NOSTOAH CORSI IP NANAEEL minds. OD NOROMI IP OL BRGDO CRCRG comes OL death.
If you are wearing the amulet on your death, it will bind you and your creation as one. An entity that eats emotional energy and faith to gain energy. Just like any other god.
A fascinating concept, but I would deter anyone from using it since it's highly situational and requires physical death as the trigger for the desired effect. Might I suggest using this as a teaching tool or base for another spell like it.
Those who make these comments speak from a basis of study, experience, and insight. They do not need to try the spell to understand that it would fail to provide a potential caster what they are looking for.
There are things that can provide guidance on evaluating any spell, which can be summarized into a short-list of questions any person should ask themselves;
-If geared to affect the physical; Is the intent/goal realistically achievable?
- If affecting the spiritual; does it make promises of instant gratification, 'ascension', or bypassing the personal growth and effort required to elevate ones' self? (IE; Does it ascribe to the 'magic pill' mentality?)
-Does the process of the spell follow a logical and meaningful use of symbolism? Do the different parts of the process make sense?
The point of every symbol and action is to act as a reflection; First of the current state, then of the desired change. It is a model of the situation in miniature that you manipulate and release. If the actions within the spell have no meaning to the caster, then likewise the spell itself will share that quality.
