Before you run/jog imagine yourself running freely without destination. Without getting tired. Consentate on your breathing and say:


Air I breath
Earth I see
In I am out I go
Running within you
Like you to me
Let me breath
This is my will so mote it be

You have to believe for it to work.

A chant alone will not help prevent you from being winded while running. It can set your attention, but practice breathing exercising to improve your lungs strength.
