Think about your person.( I'm always on the phone and my friends like to call me and complain about their period headaches.) Once you have visualized them say this, _(Full Name)_, your humble servant, has aches and pains of the forehead, please cure him/her now, so he/she may better serve.

I know it sounds cheezy but it works.

My head is killing me. I just did it, and I feel my head relaxing a bit. Kind of dizzy all of a sudden .

This sounds like an unintentional energy healing. You can use Magik to pinpoint pain caused by a build up of energy and remove these energetic blocks from the body. That is what reiki is. Be sure to cleanse and ground your energy, however. That is why you would feel unwell after casting. You are taking the negative energy from the person and without releasing it into the universe where it will be purified, you are holding it in your body. I would do a bit of research on energy work, energy healing, possibly reiki, to understand how before trying.
