Take the pencil and paper and draw your changed forms like if you chose draco wolf draw draco wolf form then write down it's element fold the paper do the same for wolf form and dragon form. Firstly, it doesn't matter what year it is, uninformed people will look for nonsense at any time. I feel the reason why so many people are discussing it in 2019 is because this feature was introduced about a month ago in late 2018, and because many members want to point out what spells do not work.
Secondly, you can call it 'transformation' and be referring to Spirit, astral being, or some shift in yourself. What you cannot do is what the majority of these spells claim and literally and physically morph into something not human. Yes, there are some spiritual paths who belief it's possible despite all the evidence to the contrary, and if it was possible, I am a thousand percent sure it wouldn't be done by a 13 year old thinking happy thoughts, it would be passed down by someone who spend a lifetime perfecting it.
