I frequently use this spell and it works ALWAYS!!!

This does not work. Saying once ''stop the rain'' does nothing. Also, calling on a random deity you do not work with, especially without an offering, usually results in them ignoring you. Weather Magik also requires a lot of energy, and there is none in this spell.
