  • 1 piece of paper

Write down your first name and the victim's last name. Draw a circle around it if you think they are purrfect,or a square/rectangle if you want a physical relationship wif them. Cut out the shape.

Spray on a perfume on it that you'll wear when you go see him. Place under your pillow,dream bag/box,etc.

You certainly could. But note that this spell is incomplete. It calls for a red string, but it never tells you how to do it. And real magic spells require more than just putting a bit of paper under your pillow. This spell is unlikely to work at all.
