You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 tbsp sugar

-Mix the condensed milk and sugar together in a small sauce pan.

-Heat the mixture up on the stove until you see steam.

-Take off heat and let it cool a bit

-Pour into a cup and drink it

Note:

-Drink slowly in small sips. Condensed milk is very rich and going too fast may give you a stomach ache.

-Save some for later in the fridge in a sealed container if you can't drink it all.

-It may have a slightly cooked smell or taste. That's the effect of heating milk up on a stove.

I think you meant ''diabetes potion'' yeesh. A warm glass of milk can help. A warm glass of milk sweetened with a little lavender sugar would be also helpful. Chamomile tea is very soothing. Sugar combined with sugar will probably result in more stress since you will be energetic.

Lavender tea is also good for you health-wise. Say like you are experiencing problems sleeping. This calms you down. I don't really prefer drinks because it doesn't calm me down as well. Maybe a nice relaxing bath with some Epsom bath salts will work since it does for me. Idk.
