Say this 3 times: "God and Goddess, make me a wizard and have powers on my wand like from wizards of waverly place this is my wish! so mote it be!" then in 5 to 10 minutes or the next day you will be a wizard

practising magick will make you a wizard, but spells wont

As mentioned above, a spell will not make you a wizard. Practicing the craft does. Also, while some are reclaiming ''wizard'' the general title used by Magik users is witch. Witch is gender neutral and it means someone who practices witchcraft. If wizard feels right to you, fine, but be aware the majority of Magik users call themselves witch unless they follow a specific religious path.
