light the four elements candles and then think of a flame fire coming to you and than put your hand out and try to turn the flames into a fire ball and chant these words le hum ta elya ota de la bay so moto it be.
You can't shoot fireballs from your hands [there is a neat trick where you can cup your hand and make one appear using a lighter, but that's not magick, just a trick using the lighter fluid]
I.... sincerely hope that was expressed in sarcasm/to be facetious. Absolutely no part of that working had any basis in reality;
- There is no reason to call on four elements in order to draw and express only one of them.
- There is no process or preparation to link the potential symbolism of candles and fire with the idea of either collecting or generating flame.
- There is no way to pull an existing flame from an object and hold it in your hand for any length of time without having some sort of fuel source to feed from. Fire is a physical thing and is fed from physical things. Take some time to learn about the 'fire triangle'. Not only will you learn some fire safety, you will grow a bit wiser too.
- in no way is any part of the chant written in any actual language. The closest it comes is Arabic, even then requiring significant spelling changes and still translating to a best guess of ''He came home to the bay''. With a mis-stated ''so mote it be'' at the end.
In magic, fire is not something that is controlled, generated, shaped, or 'cast'. That is the purview of RPG's and other games or fables. Fire is -used-. Literally, for burning things. Or symbolically as a representation of light, protection, guidance, transformation, and destruction.
roleplaying is against site rules [and I think the excess exclamation points fall under the not elongating words rule] please don't do this in future as it could get your account gagged for rule violations. [and as it's been stated multiple times already, you can't conjure fireballs with magick. Real magick doesn't contradict natural law]
