Put your hands in psi position imagine water flowing down your arms and into a ball at the center of the psi ball imagine the ball freezing and compacting. Imagine it growing spikes out of it then hurl at your opponent. When you think its frozen enough imagine it going inside of them or sticking to them and freezing them whole. Good luck ice mage.
