Firstly you need to consider why you want to fast forward time? It can get risky dealing with the balance of space and time in our universe and thus shouldn't be tampered with unless you desperately want to speed up time.

1) Concentrate and draw an hourglass on your left palm and visualize magick flowing from this hourglass. Remember it doesn't have to look all fancy it could just be two triangles kissing each other a point.

2) Now repeat three times with belief and confidence

SANDS OF TIME SHOW ME THY WAY
TURN THE NIGHTS INTO DAYS
ROSE PETALS SO LIGHT AND GRACE
SPEED UP TIME NOW, IN THIS PLACE

3) Leave the drawing on you hand to fade away naturally, whether your sweat or you just accidently washing your hands. The spell lasts as all as the hourglass is visible. Also try not to look at other clocks just focus on your hourglass speeding up your time.
