Cast the circle using all the ingredients. Now close your eyes and think of Goddess Kali. Light the white candle and gaze over it for few minutes and again close the eyes and think of Maa Kali.Then read this Mantra: "Om Klim Kalika-yei Namaha" (Atleast 108 times)
The meaning of this mantra is "Om and salutations. I attract she who is dark and powerful." Here dark is not evil maa Kali is dark by her looks and she is the goddess associated with empowerment. Fierce aspect of the goddess Durga. The name Kali comes from kla, which means black, time, death, lord of death. She is what she is.
It's om hreem mahakali kayae namaha. Not klim. I'm living in India, kalimaa is verry present here and you got the mantra wrong. I joined the community just to let you know. One doesn't just mess with mantras like this. Candles are not usually used in Hindu rituals but deepams which are small oillamp cups.
Be careful whom you evoke. Clearly the research for this ritual has not been done propper. I would not recommend to call upon a deity without propper knowledge. Much can go verry messy in your life afterwards.
It is my guess the chant was written from memory, and phonetically.
