I'm back again from a long leave, exams were rough.

Anyway.. I'm astonished.. At the fact that these "tournaments" are actually happening. I've become unexperienced after a long break I took from spirituality. I want to get back into it. I want to learn how to astral project. I've attempted it so many times. But it's really difficult.

Could someone suggest any spells for me for practice? Thanks.

Hopefully I'll get back into this again.
