My friend has been experiencing some unusual phenomena.

[i][b]First time meditating, I tried using sleep paralysis. I heard vibrations, some talking that was just 'talking', and then I felt a huge burst of energy all over my body that sent me bursting into laughter. The second time, which was months later, I just tried concentrating on my breathing, and 5 minutes in I felt the same energy come from my solar plexus spread through my body like a wave. What is this energy, why am I getting it, and what should I do about it?
By the talking, I mean like if you walk into a subway station or a busy restaurant
you can't tell what they're saying
you just know it's talking
