I need to cast a protection spell, protection from a specific person, and to also cast the effect of their actions back on them.

I'm not sure if there's a spell to protect from the 'others' (spirits?) that I somehow invite (call?) when I open up to cast, but if someone has some spell like that, I would very much appreciate it.

I'm not looking for black magick. I don't cast much, because it takes me a while to close off the back-and-forth, and the noise will continue to distract unless I consciously guard.

So that's why I think I need something less powerful and...less attractive?...to the others.
