Ok this spell was my first spell i learnt from a spirit that recides in my village...write with a blue pen on a square paper the words HEAL THE SOUL,BODY AND MIND..after then fold it thrice..now seal it with a white candle wax,after that hold the square paper on your right hand,and manipulate energy into it,after that burn it(The paper)with a white candle and chant thrice:Spirits of AIR,FIRE,WATER AND EARTH GRANT ME GOOD HEALTH,SO MOTE IT BE!!!
