Well, I've never tried this, I just came up with this, but it's related to something I do whenever I feel negative. I take a shower, but I visualize the water as a golden substance and my aura being dark or murky and when the water hits my aura, the sludge gets washed off, taking the negativity with it. I think this could be adapted to when you have a cold or something. Just imagine the sickness inside of you is clouding your aura and the gold is just cleaning it off, and piercing you, cleansing your inside and removing the sickness. Something like that lol, try it out and see how it feels.
