So, I have noticed a lot that people often say that the dark arts (black magic) is an "evil" thing and you get bad karma from doing it and so on and so forth. Let me just just clarify a couple of things about the dark arts.

The dark arts is not evil. The only reason it is labeled as such is because of the things you can do with it. When learning about the dark arts, one takes a journey to places in which one can only dream about. You learn all the true possibilities in which the mind can master. You start to open your eyes and you begin to see what has been veiled. Think for a moment, that the dark arts is like the dark side of the force (yes, I am referring to Star Wars). You learn what true powers lie in your hands. You are taught things that no higher being would want you to know. You are taught to unlock and unleash your true powers. Now, it is up to the person who is practice the dark arts to make the right choice. You have the choice to do what is right and what is wrong, but, right and wrong is all in perspective. So really, you are learning to follow your own ethics, and apply them to the world around you. Although I firmly believe that harming an innocent person is wrong, and harming one who has harmed others is right.

I hope this has somewhat altered your bad viewpoints to the dark arts.
