To make a healing chalice you need:
Glass or cup
Intention

First clean the glass/cup under warm water and imagine all the negativity rushing down the drain. Once clean hold the glass/cup in hand and imagine and feel that with your intent and energy that this is now a chalice of healing.

If done correctly you should feel (on your fingertips) and tingling sensation when holding the glass/cup.
