According to the lore of several traditions when a person is awakened from their sleep and cannot move it is said that the incubus is riding their back...its funny, because i experience this on occassion and the most recent day that i felt this i was reading about the incubus and the succubus vai online material. HAs anyone else felt this insane phenomena? Speaking from a scientific perspective, when the mind is still in r.e.m. the body on occassion opens the eyes of the person and when one is dreaming the brain paralyzes the body to prevent injury from stimulating dreams and or nightmares. MAgickally speaking I think that i myself was astral projecting during the night and woke up stuck...my God, sleep paralysis sucks! I had my special doll in the room, her name is claire, she is very nurturing and not malevolent at all, her host is a porcelain doll and she brought me back to and I was able to move again...I think she pulled mny soul back into my body, it was like in the air somewhere or some junk. Yes, i have haunted dolls folks...anyways has anyone experienced this?
