Yesterday I started to try and open and stimulate my third eye and at around 1-4 am I woke up with a headache and dizzy nauseous feeling it felt like my head was vibrating and it made me feel really sick I managed to fall asleep and now It's more of a mild vibrational feeling I. The middle of my head and forehead I still feel kind of dizzy is this normal I also went to see a doctor today and there is nothing physically wrote with me

The night before I partially astral projected I wasn't fully deprecated from my body I was just slightly out and I looked and a whole corner of my roof in my room was just blackness . When I did this it was while I was asleep but I was fully conscious I didn't go into the Ap during a meditation but I have been meditating regularly and it has been getting easier to relax my whole body I'm starting g to enter the vibrational stage .
