Someone from this site had asked me how you would cast a circle. I told them I would have to look in my books, it has been a while, but I thought it could benefit anybody else that had the similar question....

There are different methods, such as, visualization: While sitting in your meditation style, if any, close your eyes and see a circle of light around you. It could even be a sphere that surrounds you, and if you do this in a group, make sure it is big enough for everyone. It helps too if everyone helps out.
Another way is with crystals: Place them around you, or group. quartz is good, but there is also crystals that are specifically for protection.
Depending on what kind of surface you do spells, or meditate on...there is also the option of "Sea Salt".

I hope this helps, and if there are any others out there that might work better, but we have to use what works because we are all different, they are a welcome input.
