Does anyone know how to make tar water? I'm so confused. I've read and researched and cannot find hardly any posts or blogs that say the same thing. I've even read that you use the tar that's used to pave roads but I no one has a recipe for it that way. I've read that you use pine tar. I've read that there even a pine tar soap you can use. I'm looking at it for a form of protection from a really nasty entity that really doesn't like me. The wards and protections I have are working for now but I always like to have something extra if those stop working. Thanks
