Warning: the following message is about the viurs.

Note: a message to remind ourselvesthat we can go back to the basic of our craft to try and get our heads clear of the panic and fear we may be experiencing in our lives.

Message: Pause. Take a break. Think. Don't let our emotions overwhelm us don't ignore them either. Balance it as best as you can, go out and ground or maybe learn to ground. Grounding will help you at this time and feel the reassurance of Mother Earth guiding you through this time. Clarity will come from mediation for your own personal question. Be mindful of your own inner belief now is not the time to think that you will get the virus remember law of attraction. If you keep thinking the same thing over and over again it will most likely happen. So, try and look on a much more positive out come for not only yourself but those around you.

If you have ideas write them down and work on them. They may end up helping the human family later in the future or maybe even helping them now. If you have something light heart or funny in your mind share it with the world. The world could channel that laughter it willaid people and take at least some of that fear. Pay attention to your dreams. Your dreams are telling you something if they are more vidi them normal. More alive with symbols and you have a worry to a problem.

You may find that answer in you dreams as you sleep at night.

Meditation will help you at this time. Even recalling stories from grandparents about their time in world war 2 may also help you and bring out new creative ideas in you. Don't be afraid to let yourself be. Worrying over family and loved ones is normal and understandable during the times that we are in, but know you cannot control what is going on. Just count the blessings that you are living in the now rather then worrying about them in the future. Yes, some will move on and leave other's behind that is not sugar coating it, but a fact. Death is a part of life, but know if anyone cross over at this time they are safe and healthy once more.

Look after yourself work with ways to help stress and fear. Look after those around you enjoy your family and know the human family will pull through this together.
