Exorcism: To Banish An Unwanted Spirit

What is needed:

• 4 candles - 1 white, 1 black, 1 blue, 1 brown
• Sage incense
• Bowl of water
• 3 Juniper berries
• 3 Tarot cards - The High Priestess, The Devil, The Moon
• 1 labradorite
• Name of unwanted spirit written on paper
• Salt
• Motor and pestle (optional, though recommended)

Directions:

Light the candles and the incense. Cast the Circle. Invoke the Dark Mother Hecate. Then, say these words:

"Hear me, Hecate, Great Three-in-One, Dark Mother of All Witches, Queen of the Crossroads, Lady of the Night. Banish this dark spirit that now plagues my life and the lives of others. They are bringing forth great distress and pain that hinder life that needs to go on. Remove their dark energies so that life may proceed forward to your grace. As I burn their name, may the unwanted spirit burn away as well. May they no longer stay in this world. Send them to the deepest night so that all around may grow and become peaceful. Maiden, Mother, Crone, O Triple One, hear your child's/children's plea. So mote it be."

Then, crush or heat the juniper berries and mix into the bowl of water. Next, Burn the paper with the spirit's name on it. Take the ashes and add them to the bowl. Mix the bowl as you say these words three times:

"Inopinati hinc discendunt spiritus! Redi adregnum unde venisti!"

When you are done, close the Circle. Next, the the mixture and pour it someplace far from your home as possible. Finally, sprinkle salt on the place where you poured the mixture so the spirit will be bound to that spot and not follow you home. But until you cross the threshold of your home, do not look back. The Dark Mother will do the rest.
