I call upon The Old Ones

The Elemental Guardians

The Spirits of my Ancestors

And Spirits of this land

Let me be unafraid

For I know I am not alone

May each gentle breath

I breathe bring hope

May every kind gesture

And word of love sustain me

May each drop of rain wash away my ills

And renew me as it renews the land

May the strength of the earth be with me

To help face all challenges that come

So may it be
