10 Health Spells from Penta Magic

This is a hedge witchcraft method of easing a headache or body aches. I use this when I find pain reliever to be lacking.

​​​​​​​Healing Stones of the Hedge:

Place the quartz stones on the top of the oil warmer, I've seen these in general department stores such as Walmart.

Within the opening in the oil warmer, place the tea- light candle after lighting it. Let the quartz stones warm for a while. When you feel enough time has passed, transfer the stones safely with a pair of tongs from the warmer to the cloth. You want the stones contained within the cloth and not used or placed directly on the skin. Hold the warm cloth containing the quartz on areas which are painful. This is a useful method for migraines, muscle aches, or cramps.

When the cloth and stones begin cooling, again carefully place the quartz stones in the warmer dish to continue to be warmed.

If you are experiencing pain due to a medical emergency, always seek an emergency room and doctor.

This is never recommended for broken limbs.

I've had a lot of people asking me to cast a healing spell for themselves or their loved ones, either they were injured, had a sickness, felt pain all the time ( like headaches, muscle aches etc ). They were desperate and in need of help. This is one of the spells i used a lot and had a really good feedback. I'll explain it step by step. I will have, at the bottom, a picture of how the spell should look, so you don't get confused.

Step 1: Candle the candles ( one by one ) in your hands. Grab the candle gently and close your eyes. Fill the candle with healing and positive energy. Imagine energy coming from your hands, to the candle and slowly filling it up. Take your time, dont get frustrated and only stop when you feel the candle had enough energy.

Step 2: Rub the mint lifts on the candles until it starts to smell like mint. Put the candles in a triangle shape - red one in the " middle " - and put the picture in the middle of the triangle. Now, unite the candles with the herbs and use the salt to make a circle around the candles. Make the herbs ( while touching the candles ) meet on the center of the triangle.

Step 3: Look at the picture of the person and imagine the parts of her/his body that you want to heal. Slowly put the on the center of the triangle, while picturing the persons body parts glowing with a white light and healing them.

Step 4: Light the candles, clock wise ( The middle one first ). Imagine the fire of the candles going to the herbs and to the picture, picture the person being great of health. Imagine the herbs, the salt and the candles glowing with a strong white light.

Step 5: Let the candles burn down! Do not let the flames go out, you dont need to stare at them until they burn down but keep an eye on them.

Side note: This spell takes long to take action. It wont work over night. It can take 3 weeks or more or less. Do not worry and do not get frustrated over it.

In a red or white sachet add a tablespoon of each of the following herbs (or teaspoons depending on the size of the sachet used) peppermint, sage, thyme, rosemary, and one agate or green quartz crystal. As you add the herbs and crystal(s) to the sachet, visualize each being filled with healing power. You can also say a verse to further charge the herbs and sachet with your intent.

Once the sachet is filled, place it in the bath water. As you do, visualize the herbs and crystal imbuing the water with healing properties and promoting healing energy toward you. You can also add salt to the water for purification.

As you bathe you can also visualize your illness or injury being absorbed by the water and sachet.

Note: This is to be used to help with the healing process, it alone will not heal an injury or cure an illness.

Make sure it's night time. Facing the moon (must not be the new moon day with no moon), hold a charm while imagining all the elements and your energy filling up in it. Imagine the grass, water from a bottle, air from the air, and fire from a candle. Then say the following: "The gods and goddesses from above. Hear my plea my skin or bones have wrath unknown, make the hatred and pain that burn so much. They will no longer succeed."

Just a simple chant:

"Bring me fortitdue my gods, fire, earth, air, water, let me bring this stress to a close."

You need nothing but the candle and fire to light it with. Candle magick can also be seen to be complete within itself, as the body of the candle is made up from the elements of Earth, Air and Water. To complete you need fire and spirit. Fire is easy, and Spirit can be represented by the wick of the candle, as the wick is where the potential of the candle lies and will be unfolded with. With the candle lit, the flame of your intent will burn.

Unwittingly you probably performed your first act of Candle Magick when you where very young on your birthday, blowing out the candles on your cake and making a wish! This tradition is based on the three principals of magick; being concentration, will power and visualization. You have to concentrate to blow the candles out, wish and see your dream coming true - absolute magick!

Important pointers on choosing a candle:

Choose a plain candle, of uniform shape. Having unusual or large candles can be distracting and is therefore not suitable for magickal use. Candles used for magick should always be Virgin (unused) at the start of the ritual. Using secondhand candles or other materials in magick can have disastrous effects as they might have picked up vibrations from previous use, even if it was just on a dinner table! It is a very good idea to make your own candles if they are for magickal use. It will increase the magickal potency of the candle many times. It is very easy to make your own candles, simply heat the wax until liquid and pour it into a mould which is treaded with a wick. The wax should now be left to cool, after which the mould can be removed. Oils and colours can be added to the Wax for extra effects. Charge your candle before using it in ritual. This can be done by annointing it with oils associated with the ritual or magick you intend on performing, or by simply touching it and charging it with your own energy. Whilst charging the candle, visualixe the North and South Poles - rub the oil into the candle starting at either the North or South end and always brush in the same direction. The oils used in the annointing of your candle should where possible always be natural fragrances. Try to colour the candles according the the colour associations below.

An absent coven member can be represented by a candle representing their sunsign, or if you are doing a spell for someone you can represent that person with a candle representing their sunsign.

Colours for magickal purposes:

White - Can be used for any purpose

Black - Attributed to Saturn. Saturn is used for retribution and when we have been wronged - revenge. Be careful, you may feel that you need to punish someone at once with a Hex and make them suffer! That is real power yeah? Wrong! Remember the laws of return, and avoid this temptation! This is most probably why Saturn is the teacher. Black candles is used for Discord, protection from retribution, power, strengh, banishing rituals and protection.

Blue - Peace and Harmony, protection, healing, curing fevers, re-uniting friendships, house blessings, breaking bad habits, overcoming addiction, clearing atmosphere where there are arguments or trauma.

Brown - Used for the Physical Planes, as a combination of the colours Green and Red, Mars and Venus blended together as one. It is often used to seperate, and also for grounding and stabilizing. Brown is ruled by Pluto, the Lord of the Outer Spaces and The Dead. In Candle Magick, Brown is used for spells involving: Concentration, balance, ESP, intuition, study, justice and seperation.

Gold or light Yellow - This colour attracts Cosmic influences and is beneficial used in rituals intended to bring fast luck and money. It is also used in rituals needing solar energy. General uses in Candle Magick would include: Fortune Understanding Divination Financial gain Higher influences.

Green Venus.- Venus rules on an earthy level, and green can attract all the things ruled by Venus. Treasure, antiques, worldly possesions. Green is often used in conjunction with orange, Mercury candle - used to clear obstacles in the way of revealing hidden treasure. In Candle Magick green is used for fertility, good fortune, generosity, money, wealth, success, renewal, marriage, healing cancer and helping with female problems.

Indigo - This is used in meditation and ritual which demands the energy of Saturn, such as deep meditation, balancing Karma, stopping gossip and astral projection. Magenta - This has a very high vibrational frequency and tends to work very fast. It is often used with other candles. General uses involve - quick changes, spirtitual healing and exorcism.

Orange Communication - Orange is ruled by Mercury, the divine messenger of the Gods. Orange works well when two people wish to have their telepathic senses opened together. Remember that Mercury is a trickster and when using this to "invade" another person, the trick could be on you! This is excellent for job hunting, success, encouragement, adaptability, stimulation, attraction, sudden change, control, power to draw the good things in life and to change luck.

Pink - Pink is the romantic colour, indicating love, affection, romance, spiritual awakening, healing of spirits and togetherness.

Purple - Used to gain honor, respect and recognition of others

Light the incense (made from rosemary and juniper berries) to speed healing while visualizing. This can also be used for healing rituals.

Do this spell holding your hand over the cup of lemon tea and chant:

"My throat is dry, my voice is hoarse. May this tea help break the curse. Let it flow upon its course. May my voice be like a bell- may this tea help make me well".

Then drink the tea.

WARNING: Due to the Law of Threes, depending on the strength of the cast spell, this could cause great harm to the original spell-caster.

This should only be used in dire need. Collect the hair, nail clippings or anything of the person upon whom the spell was cast. Consecrate the ground and cover it with a layer of salt to prevent evil from interfering. Pile the Oak wood and light it. Place what ever was collected from the person into water in the cauldron and boil. Add mistletoe and perform an incantation. The spell is reversed. As with any spell work, it is best to perform the spell inside a cast circle for protection.
