Mix up the herbs, put them in the bag. Let it sit for a little to let the antioxidants release. DO NOT PUT IN THE SALT YET.
Light the candles in a safe place in your bathroom. Place the two candles facing opposite directions of eachother
Start prepping and while drawing the water. Light the incense, start the music, add the salt into the water, that kind of stuff. Place the crystals next to the bath. Smudge your bathroom or even entire house. If you're cursed you can add some black salts or sulfur.
Put the pouch in the bath and get in and relax. Don't try to bother it, it'll go where it needs to.
Stay in for at least 30 minutes. If the bag looks swollen feel free to squeeze a little, that's the bag and herbs filling up with too much water.
You may feel like you need to pee after a little bit, however it's not urine. It's your chakra, and you'll feel it in the vibrationy music. Just don't control it, you won't soil yourself. Let it go.
Get out and stand in the bath for a few seconds, let the water and negativity drip off from you. Then do your normal out of bath routine, with of course blowing out or snuffing the candles and incense.
Last but not least, be sure to clean your bathtub with 30 minutes of getting out. The salt and such will make soap scum and that's just gross.
(NOTE: If you finished your period, you may see chunks. That's because the herbs have reached inside of you beyond your cervix and that's leftover. Or you may see chunks of white if you have a yeast infection, even if you don't know it. Sometimes when you think it goes away on it's own it really doesn't, it spreads to your uterus and this bath is cleansing all the excess out of your vagina and uterus)

With your crystal in your left hand, go and have a long look at the moon. Look and admire the moons beauty and feel the energy radiating from the moon. After some quiet meditation go back to your altar and light the candle.
Place the glass of water in front of the candle and the crystal in front of the glass. While the candle burns you can chant for you healing or quietly visualize your healing. When you are done you cam snuff the candle or let it burn down.
Before getting ready for bed. Take drink 1/3 of the water and say "So Mote it Be". Drink the rest of the water for the next 2 days and on the third day you should be healed but you should feel immense relief in the morning of the first night.

Place the gold charm to the left of the candle.
Light the candles and write down all your fears on the first half of the paper.
After writing down your tears try to release the negative energy and the write down solutions to your fears on the second half.
Tear the first half of the paper and set it alight with the candle flame. Watch it burn in a fire safe dish.
Take the second half of the paper and put it under the candle.
Meditate on the flame. Keep focus on the solutions to the problems and what you need to do.
When you are ready you can let the flame burn down or you can snuff it.

The first thing you need to do is to be totally relaxed. Close your eyes and meditate for a minute or two. Then open your eyes, look at your body and picture energy from the universe absorbing into your body and absorb until it's in and surrounding your entire body.
After that, put your hands on the wound/cut/bruise. Chant: "sana vulnere tolle dolores et auertere" 4-6 times Chant this while picturing the energy going from your hands into the wound.

Put your palm (the hand you write with) a little over the wound, so that is isn't touch it, but it is a little over. Close your eyes and imagine the energy from your plan onto the wound. After a little you should start to feel tingling in your palm and wound, it you do, it is working. You should feel relaxed and calm. The wound shouldn't hurt as bad.
