Paint the container pink. Let it dry, then paint red love sigils and use the white paint to paint a pentacle on the lid (for jars, also paint the rim white). Pour the sugar in, along with the cedarwood and perfume/cologne. Mix it and add the rest. Close it.

Can be blessed/enchanted, a pink candle may also be lit during preparation. As always, interpretation to one's own taste is allowed.
