Now, this is unlike any spell you have seen before, this is a true healer mage spell. Its hard and will take lots of practice. I have used it on me, my family and my friends and it works as long as I can concentrate. It should work on anything with a heart and lungs.
You need to place one hand over the heart and another other one of the lungs(unless the hand covering the heart also covers a lung) close your eyes and allow your breathing and heart beat become one with theirs(to match theirs). Now will them to heal. Let your energy flow with theirs. Imagine them healed and happy. Make that reality. Most spells say not to push yourself, but with this you have to. Now focus your energy into your focus point. Then push all that energy into their body. Next you need to quickly cut off the flow or it could negatively affect you(headach, passing out for various periods of time, nausea, weakness, fatigue)
At night,visualize a being formed out of the dark. Make sure you visualize it's invisible. Say: "Nyx great goddess of the night I call to thee send your servant so mote it be".

Find a stick preferably a one that's already fallen off the branch if you need to pick the stick off the branch you'll have to leave the tree a offering of your choice but either way thank the tree
Whittle at the stick till there is no bark left this is where your sandpaper comes in sand the wood down until the wand gets silky smooth
