Feel the aura in your center chest, and then make the auratic field bundle inside you. Then force your aura to move to the wound or pain and it should heal if you are experienced enough with your aura to do so. If you do no I am going to post this;

You need to first gather the faith in magick. Then you take the chalk and draw the pentagram, then you take the 5 white candles and place them exactly on the point of the pentagram and light them, then take the black candle and place it in the middle of the pentagram (exactly).

Mix the herbs and spices into the pot and add water (only an inch or two high).
Boil on high and add lemon juice.
While boiling for 5 minutes, picture your significant other and your love and bond growing stronger and imagine both of you smiling and happy.

First to connect with shadows, you need to sit in a dim room ad meditate on the idea that you are surrounded by an energy called light. Or you can go into a blood meditation and feel the darkness around you as a living thing, moving around you.
To make a shadow ball, feel your chakras and fill up your fist with chi/psi. Then imagine that it is coming out of your fist and making a ball around it. Then visualise it repelling all the photons around the chi/psi and making it dark and cold. When you feel/see this imagine it moving off your fist and making a ball of darkness, you can flaten your palm if you wish.
