Set the black candles in a circle and sit in a meditating position in the middle. Light the candles Repeat : "I summon the power of the shadows" 10 times.

Imagine the smoke of the candles as shadows flowing into you. Repeat steady breathing with your eyes closed for 10-15 minutes. Slowly come out of meditation and snuff (never blow out) the candles.

These are a few of the incense recipes I've made:

*Consecration Incense:*

• 2 Parts Frankincense
• 2 parts myrrh
• 1 part copal
• 1 part Vervain
• 1 Part Hyssop
• 1/2 part Pennyroyal
• 1 part cedar
• 1 part Mugwort
• 1/2 part Chicory root
• A pinch of salt

Burn as a incense and pass items through the smoke to cleanse and empower them. Any items work, such as crystals, magickal tools, jewerlly, etc

*Depression Mix*

• 2 parts lavender
• 1 1/2 parts St. John's Wort
• 1 part Catnip
• 1 part Vervain
• 1 part Jasmine

Burn as a incense to rid yourself of depression, burn in a ritual to heal depression, use in a sachet and wear to fight depression. Also can be used in a ritual bath to cleanse self of depression. Has a very calming scent.

*Peace Incense*

• 1 part Frankincense
• 1 part Myrrh
• 1 part Rose
• 1 Part Jasmine
• 1 part Lavender
• 1 part Hibiscus

Burn to bring positive, peaceful vibrations. can also be used in a sachet or sprinkled around a room to bring peace and relaxtion

*Banish Bad Habits*

• 2 Parts Frankincense
• 1 1/2 Parts Mullien
• 1 part Hyssop
• 1 part Blessed/Holy Thistle
• 1 part Sandalwood
• 1/2 part Chicory

Burn during banishing rituals and spells while visualizing to break bad habits. Also can be used in a sachet.

*Sleeping Moon Incense*

• 2 Parts Vervain
• 1 Part chamomile
• 1 1/2 Parts Lavender
• 1/2 part Rosemary
• 1/2 part Mugwort
• 1/2 part Spearmint

A sleeping aid. Burn before bed to bring restful sleep and good dreams.

*Divination Incense*

• 2 Parts Wormwood
• 1 1/2 parts Mugwort
• 1 Part Angelica root
• 1/2 part Lavender

Use during Divination, scrying, Tarot, or psychic magick. The wormwood and Mugwort are used for divination, psychic powers and calling spirits. The Angelica will provide protection while doing divination work. And the Lavender is to sweeten the smell and help you relax

*Positive Energy Mix*

• 2 parts Rose
• 2 parts Hyssop
• 1 part Lavender
• 1 part Rosemary
• 1/2 part Damiana leaf

Burn to bring positive energy, sprinkle around room to remove negative energy and replace it with positive

Burn as a incense to attract/bring love toward you. Burn while visualizing to send love to another.

Get into a stance you as you normally would when using a bow, then pull the string back (the further you pull it the more distance it will travel and also it will take too much energy or even break your bow if you pull it too far back)

Now imagine your energy being poured into the shape of an arrow (imagining an arrow glowing white should work best) and let it go.

Dance in a smooth way and sing smoothly this water song,

"I summon the water with these words:

Light candle and hold it and let the wax drip down to your hand and say:

Sit criss-cross. Say Spell:
"I causes wind to stop, it's eerie powers now will drop.
I know i can never control,
rattles, battles, elves, and trolls."

WATER
Sit criss-cross with glass of tap water ONLY Bbetween your legs and hands over the glass with both middle fingers into glass. Say Spell:
"This I ask of you,
To have the power to
control the element of water.
Poseidon please step aside,
water, you ,and me now collide,
me as your help, your rule, and all,
you have been replaced for a few,
join me now, for you and who".

Get in your quiet private room lock the door, light your candle and burn your incense. Lay on your back on the bed with your face towards the ceiling. See that your body is placed comfortably on the mattress.

Spread your legs apart approximately 45 degrees from each other.Close your eyelids and take a deep breath count to three and exhale. State your intentions quietly in your mind.

Now start imagining your succubus the way you want to see her in your mind’s eye. Imagine her lying on top of you naked caressing your body. Feel her soft touch on your body and genitals. Listen to her voice as she tells you how much she loves you. If you are calling an incubus, do the same but with him in mind.

Go over this mental image for about 5 minutes and do not get tempted to touch yourself. If in the 5 minutes time you start feeling a sort of presence or tingle you don’t normally feel over your body or it might also be a feeling of joy and love that surrounds you. It means you have created you first connection.

Once the 5 minutes are out, simply lay there and focus on your breathing for 10 minutes. Gently and slowly regain normal consciousness and come back to the room. Whether it worked or not, try practicing this daily if possible and very soon your experiences will get more intense.
