Ki: Ki is the universal energy that runs through all livings things. Color is green, and can be harnessed for attacks and healing. Chinese pronunctiation is chi.

Mana: Free energy. It is the energy you use in witch craft for calling apon the elements. It can also be used to boost ki attacks. But mana is very unstable and unsafe.

Jing: A subgroup of ki. Because ki is a spiritual energy, it cannot do physical harm. That is why we have jing, to give a visible, physical effect. When enough ki is added together, it compacts into jing. When you strain your muscles you are squezzing out jing.

Light Matter: This is not used on my website, but I shall tell you what it is. It is energy that consists of pure good. Because of that nature, it is very devistating to the forces of evil. Dark matter is the obsolute opposite.

Yi: The intension you have to get the mission done. Yi trasilates into intention and is VERY important in ANY energy training. The stronger yi you have, the more likely the energy will do what you want it to.

Kundalini: Transilates into coiling like a snake. It is a more powerful energy that can only be accessed when all chakras are open.

Shen: A very mysterious energy. It can so far only be accessed when one is in a state of extreme anger. It is this energy that attributes to the limit break. Limit breaking allows you to surpass your normal amount of energy. When one achieves shen, one is truly mysterious.

Physical Technique
Step One
Find a small object of your choice. ( I used a teaspoon)
Step Two
Then hold the object in between your hands and hold your arms so that they are comfortable.
Step Three
Then I want you to sit quietly breathe deeply and get comfortable and relax.
Step Four
Empty your mind of all extra thoughts and remain clear minded and focused on the task at hand.
Step Five
With your eyes closed feel the energy of the spoon and blend your energy with the objects energy Feel around the object and knit your energy with the energy of the object remember feel it don't think about it. ( Your hand may feel hot as your energy blends this is normal)
Step Six
Get into the flow of the object and feel the energy around the object and within the object. Once your energy has kintted with the object feel the force of the energy and stabalize it before you move to the next step.
Step Seven
Then visualize or feel the object leaving your hands in a word disappearing from between your hands and reappearing at the desired destination and as it leaves your hands open your eyes and see the object appearing at the destination before you

Never apply force! You aren't there to physically force the object to move through the fabric of time and space. That's not point of the exercise. Visual Technique

Charge your physical body with energy. Then close your eyes and see your visual body standing in front of you. Construct portals in front of your visual body. Begin to visualize your energy combining with your physical self. Now, focus on your mind traveling a distance from where you are. See your visual body walking into the portal. Imagine the portal opening exactly where you want it to be. Imagine your visual body walking out of the portal. Practice by starting with small distances and gradually building up to larger ones.
