After fasting for one day wrap a blindfold over your eyes. Then walk into the room you wish to change in, once inside close the door and put your head to the floor. Chant this incantation twice:
"Let divine light purify me, let it make me great and soar through the sky's with wings of purest white"
Then wait a month and you should change form on the same day at the exact same time.
This should boost your abilities in any of the three main types of magic, depending on when you do it.

Paint a picture of a moon on your papper and let it dry. When it dries, roll it up and tie it as a scroll. Next, wait for the moon that represents the type of magic you want (full= white magic, new= black magic and half=blend) draw a circle on a piece of paper, and draw counter-clockwise arround it the runes in this order, absorb, power, moon. draw a wiccan pentagram in the bottom right corner, place the scroll in the circle tap the pentaram, and say "activate".

Hear a normal paced ticking inside your head. Listen to it for about 5 to 20 seconds. If you choose to use visualization, imagine little hour glasses spiraling in the air, reaching its normal position at the end of every second tick. Then you need to imagine and hear the ticking or and hourglasses rotating/ticking as slow as you want it. Remember that this is harder then your average easy spell as it temporarily changes your circadian rhythm along with your hippocampus. Practicing this will enable you to do it faster and better.
Light the candle and sprinkle the sugar in a circle around it whilst saying "I draw my wish to me, as it should be." Sprinkle the mixed spices in a circle on top of the sugar, saying "Powerfulaction that is fast, my wish comes true at last!" Let the candle burn down and then scatter the sugar and mixed spice outside whilst repeating the chant.

9. Ingest potion, dispose of any burnt things safely.

Stand in an empty space, holding a momento of where you would like to go to. Cast this spell ''No one has the right to control time, make it be so the control is mine'' The momento will take effect and you will travel into the past or future.
This spell makes the time go a bit faster and it won't instantly make it the time you want.

It makes you pass unnoticed by most beings. I dont know how well it works with animals due to their heightened sense of smell and sight, but I know it works well enough on people.

Imagine yourself being absorbed by a shadow. Only being what is around you. Now the chant I think is really an add on, but is as follows:
"You see me not, for I am but a shadow."
I was taught to chant in a whisper three times. This fades very quickly so it will need to be redone so to speak often.
