Play the song that has to do of the bad memories or memory. While it is playing, draw what happend, for example a car accsedent, you went down a embankment.Once the song is over and your picture is done, think about how lucky you were that you lived through it. Then laugh about for a minnet or two.
You will have peace about it, no bad feelings about it. For example, your bestest friend ever died, you may have thought you've been alone all along.You will feel fortunete and you feel as if had good luck about it.
First all 4 of the people sit in a circle and hold a pinecone in the middle of eachother touching. Next you must chant the following:
"Gods of the fairies

Chant that 3 times together. When you have done that throw the pinecones in the air... This can be in the day, at anytime but remember to be alone somewhere. The side effects are two spots where the wings will grow, headache, nausea (where you feel like your going to be sick but you wont).

Soak your hand towel in warm water then sit with your legs criss-crossed. lay the warm towel on your face with eyes shut and say '' mind, heart, and soul give me the power i need to go on. give me the power to know I am special, I am beautiful, I am worth it.'' Take off the towel and reveal the confident new you.
Ihave only preformed this spell once and it worked for me. What you need to do is sit with your ne klace lain in front of you. Around the necklace place candle(s). I believe you do what feels right you will get results. Light your candle(s) and sit in silence for a moment, concentrating on your breathing. Once you have your focus completely on your breathing start meditation on the outcome you are looking for. In this case protection, focus your energies on the necklace and remain focused. Chant the following:
I summon all protection, that i may be allowed, to energize this necklace and protect whomever wears it. (Wave hands over necklace as you chant, imagine your inner energies helping through your hands to summon protection from the divinities)
Repeat this chant over and over until you feel you have succeeded, do not give up, keep going.

Hold the Chalice in both hands at eye level and visualize the young beautiful Goddess and say:
"I hold the Goddess, the fertile Mother I bathe in your wisdom and love for all creatures."
Set the Chalice down and pick up the Athame in both hands with the tip pointing skyward. Visualize the God as a young handsome man as you say:
"I hold the symbol of the father and God, who embodies great strength and energy".
Reserve the position of the Athame to point down to Earth and use you dominant hand and say: "As the Goddess and God unite, new life begins". Bring the Athame to your lips and say:
"Blessed Be, so mote it be!"
Put the Athame down and pick up the Chalice and drink some of the wine as you visualize your own relationship and how you can breathe new life into it as you say:
"I choose (name of lover) as my desire, as the God Bel comes through the flames of fire. So mote it be!"
