986 Weather Spells from Spell Casters

Go outside and face the sky while saying:

"I ask in the name of god
To give us rain
But don't drive me insane
Let it rain for three hours
Let it rain I have the Powers
So mote it be."

Repeat it till it rains.

While outside in rain repeat:

"Rain stop
Clouds part
Sun rise
Birds fly"

Repeat until you feel it worked

Light the blue candle. Put the three ice chunks an inch or two away from the candle in a curved line. Place the gloves on your hands and say while concentrating on the flame of the candle,

"The five elements within the spirits and Earth, let the freeze be put to my will, and these gloves shall stop the freeze in thy hands. Thy freeze be here inside, so mote it be!"

Write your name and your crushes name with a heart around them. Burn the paper while whispering "love me"

Wave your wand above the wood and firecracker make sure the firecracker is on top of the wood and say:

"Burn, burn, burn the ground rip it scorch it kill it and bomb it."

Say that a few times and it should start a fire theoreticaly.
