This is a water meditation more then a water spell.

To start, listen to the sound of the water. Next, look at the water source or at the water in your container. Pause to consider how vital water is to our existence. Think of all the ways we use it and how life would be without it. Be grateful for water. Touch it, and then take a drink. Engage all your senses in experiencing water. The element of water represents emotions and feelings. Try to get in touch with this aspect of yourself, and consider all the aspects of water? Rain, lakes, springs, streams, and oceans, and its association with the womb. Do this for at least ten or fifteen minutes, then say:
''Ripples on the pond,
Sacred spring and well,
The current and the tide,
Watch it flow and swell.
Water of the earth,
Water from above,
Waters of the world,
Fill us with your love.''
Burn some dried mugwort as a magical incense while scrying. Brewed as a tea with lemon balm, mugwort can be consumed to aid divination, meditation, and all forms of psychic development. It can also be used to consecrate objects used in scrying.
This is a self purification spell, meant to rid the body of negativity.

The White candle is for Positive Energy. The Black Candle is for Negative Energy. The Green Candle is for Healing.
Clear your mind and Light the White Candle and say the following:
''Mother Earth, Fire, Wind, Water and Spirit; I ask thee to Cleanse my body of all negative energies.''
Light the Black Candle and repeat the same words as before. Then after that Light the Green Candle and say the following:
''Mother Earth, Fire, Wind, Water and Spirit; I ask the to Free and heal my body from all negative forces. Blessed be!!''
You must do this in a quiet room somewhere that you will not be disturbed. After doing this sit back, keep your mind clear and relax for 15 minutes. Afterwords you should feel fresh and renewed. You will feel a lot better and you body will be healthier.
To convert the senses This blessing gives the body more connection with the spirit. It may also help with your readiness to channel. To be done at night in the moon's view. Extravagance is not appreciated. Light a large white candle.
Burn sandalwood and basal and pine. Prepare a bowl of water sprinkled with salt. Put this before you and touch it to each part of your body.
As you teach each body part chant.
To the eyes; ''Bless my eyes that I might have clarity of vision''
To the mouth; ''Bless my mouth that I may speak the truth''
To the ears; ''Bless my ears that I may hear all that is spoken and not''
To the heart; ''Bless my heart that I may be filled with love''
To the uterus; ''Bless my womb that I may be in touch with my creative energy that stems from the universe''
To the feet; ''Bless my feet that I may find and walk my own true path''
Fill yourself with understanding and, from that, love. Extinguish candle when done.

Take a lit silver or white candle, some salt, and a healing oil into the bathroom. By the candle's light run a tub of very warm water. Cast some salt into it, add a few drops of healing oil, and then step into the tub. Relax. Feel the warm salted water sinking into your pores, through your skin, sterilizing the sick portions of your body. Visualize the 'black worms' leaving it, if you wish, and when you feel the water teeming with them pull the plug and let the water drain out. While it is draining, chant:
The sickness is flowing out of me,
Into the water, down to the sea.
Only when the tub is completely drained stand up. It is best to immediately splash your body with fresh water (a shower is ideal) to remove the last vestiges of the disease of sickness-laden water. Repeat as needed to speed your body's recovery.
