Psychic Powers and Psychic Awareness: The sent of honeysuckle clears the mind and can strengthen psychic abilities. Crushing a small amount of the flowers and placing them on the third eye for a short period of time, or under your pillow while you sleep is believed to increase psychic abilities. Placing the dried flowers around the home is also believed to increase intuition.

Protection and Love: It can be added to protection and love sachets and used in spells to attract love and grant protection. If planted in the garden or near your home, it is believed to protect them from evil.

Sunflowers are associated with protection, faith, luck, and flexibility. If given as a gift, it is a symbol of safety and happiness in the home.You will need a sunflower plant for this. Alternatively you can use an large, uncooked sunflower seed.

Face the sun, breathe deeply and take into yourself the aspects of the sunflower. Feel yourself absorbing abundance, longevity, and prosperity into your life just as the sunflower absorbs energy from the sun.

Now, remove a large, ripe seed from the sunflower (or the largest seed you can find from your seed packet) and place it in your pocket. It is believed that this will bring you protection, along with the other aspects associated with the sunflower.

This spray can be used to purify both objects and people.

Mix together the follow in a spray bottle to help get rid of bacteria, germs, negativity, etc. The oils have both natural antimicrobial properties and are associated with the magical properties of cleanings and banishing negativity. Thus, they can be used for both physical and spiritual purification.

Mix the ingredients together and use this spray to clean surfaces, hands, ritual space, etc.

You could also use rosemary, orange, lemongrass, or eucalyptus essential oils in place of lavender.

Place the candle on a flat surfact, if you have an altar great, but if you don't any flat surface will do, place the water on the table, place the quartz inside the water, please wait about 15-20 minutes allow the quartz purify the water. Now you can leave it in for more, but I would recommend at least 15 - 20 minutes. Then take your object (You can get a brush) dip it into the purified water, and there you go, you have a purified tool. I would recommend purifying any tool you use, this allows negative energy that could be on the tool to be purified.

Use the marker to draw the symbol of a shield or other protective symbol on the outside of the bag. Hold your hands over the bag and visualize it glowing with a red, protective energy. When you are ready, slowly add in the herbs, one at a time. As you add each in, say the following:

"St. John's Wort, Sage, and Dragon's Blood,

Protection they will bring.

Safe from harm I shall be."

Visualize the herbs further charging the bag with your intent. When you are done, carry the bag with you for protection from negative energy and influences.

Go to a stream or river. Sit down and take a moment to focus on the issue or issues in your life. Write your wish on a bay leaf. Either wishing to be rid of a problem issue in your life or a problematic person.

Hold the leaf in your hands and focus on your wish. Focus on the problem issue or person. As you do, gently rub your fingers on the bay leaf and visualize it absorbing the issue.

When you are ready, toss the leaf into the water, symbolically and quite literally releasing your wish into the universe, and as you watch it slowly drift away, focus on the problem being carried away with it. Say the following:

"I release my problems.

They will plague me no more.

No longer will they have a place in my life.

Let them be washed away, like my wish,

As it is carried away upon the bay."

Start by opening all windows and doors in your home to allow fresh air in, and to get the stale air out. Now, wash down your walls with white vinegar. When you are finished, light sage smudge sticks and, using the feather, waft the incense smoke throughout your home; moving in a clockwise motion through your residence.

Use the bell to do the same, ringing it while you move throughout your home. All the while, visualizing your actions ridding your home of negative and/or parasitic energies. Finally, sprinkle the salt around your home and then sweep it and the last of the negativity out of your home.

Start with the head of your poppet and make a ball with the husks so that it looks like a small dolls head. Use twine to tie around the neck of the poppet so that the head holds its shape. Make a small pouch at the center of the poppet, about where its chest would be, and then use that as a place to fill it with the items.

Now, tie it shut and section off the arms and legs and tie them with twine so that they hold their shape.

Attach the picture of the person to the poppets face with glue.

Take a few moments to focus on all the bad things this person has done and said to you or others. Visualize this as a gray cloud forming around the poppet. Now, pick up the black ribbon and slowly begin to wrap it around the poppet, as you do so visualize it trapping that gray cloud within the poppet so that it (and the person you made it in the image of) can bring no more harm to either yourself or others.

When you are done wrapping the poppet, and sealing the gray cloud of negativity inside, place the poppet in the box and bury it somewhere far away from your home, in a place that it will not be disturbed.
