Personal Bio
I was born "knowing" and was coached by my grandmother. I was witchy when witches were uncool. The first spell I cast was in 1978 at age 14. My family story would make a great book or movie since my father immediately knew I was the child who could receive his unspoken knowledge and would understand and use it responsibly. By unspoken, I mean totally UNSPOKEN lessons and wisdom communicated by example, by eye contact and by gentle, hushed guidance. I received my powers at the age of six from a swift, surefooted run through the forest to a clearing where I welcomed all forest and the air had to offer. Witchcraft has been a huge part of my life since then. I cannot "unrun" my initiation run. I have grown old since then, and I have always welcomed the wisdom and the wrinkles. I was a bit taken aback when I found out online that you can actually LEARN witchcraft because I thought every other witch was taught in the same way I was. I have been approached by young women who've heard of me wanting me to "teach" them. I've yet to be approached by one that I feel is responsible enough. I do not believe that just anyone has what it takes. I do believe the powers that be will choose to their own liking, however.
