quik question

i sometimes able to see strange dots and lines floating in the air. they are clear and see through i was wondering if this is abnormal and i you could tell me what it is

Floaters.

Dead cells within the eye that float around. Some are clear, some are black.

ya, i can see them to, make my eye twitch and feel like something's moving in it

If you are referring to the little specks that move around in the air and you can see them when you look at the sky, then you have the ability to see energy in the air from the sun and water molecules inter acting in the atmosphere. It is nothing to worry about there are many that can see them. Those who do not may think you have something wrong with you but there is not much you can do about that.
