How owuld you practice precognition or more future telling dreams, or just future telling, and how would you start

if you mean divination then yes i can help with that. (divination is basically reading the future) i would suggest starting with something simple like getting or making a pendulum and working with that and maybe working with tarot cards.

If your a natural diviner then this will come easy to you can move on to scrying, and hopefully if you have any psychic ability you can have dreams of the future. but thats far on in training... never rush it though because learning is supposed to be fun :D

this is what you do ...you clear your mind and physical you find the belief and confidence you get some real books on congnition you find acouple of mentors as far as the books you choose you find the respect and intellect within your politness and do not act like an inquireing child...be mature and as you get deeper into concentration and contact with the people that you will be looking up to such; as freud and many more psychologist that dealt with the future and dreams to find the routes and the stronger holds to come and go as needed.

divination comes in many forms, and can be effective if used with an open enough mind. the future is not entirely set in stone... often fortune telling involes seeing a moment of great significance and seeing the outcomes of both eventualities and then helping the person with you to make a wise decision. look into all forms from all walks of life. fortune telling is only achievable when life can be looked at in all views.
