Well since I chose my articles topics quite randomly , why changing it .
I would like to remind us all on very old and very nasty “black†magick charms , for the sake of cultural education if nothing else .
Hand of glory

Used commonly in middle ages , a dead mans hand dipped into melted wax , and a candle is set on fingers . Lit prevents people in certain room to awake. Used largely by thieves and “misschif-ers†of all sort .
Curse tablets

Used since ancient Rome . Lead or stone tablets with barbaric names such as "Bazagra", "Bescu" and "Berebescu", were thrown on ones property , or slipped secretly into his clothes , or possessions to cause very strong bad ludk , disease or even death . Even today it is believed that this charms work instantly or almost instantly . It was saidth that the person would feel sick or even die only when being near to such tablet .
Evil Eye arrow

Arrow top made of stone used in middle age by dark practitioners by simply throwing it at their victims with pronouncing the name of disease or any bad event that will than happen to the intended victim . It can be reversed by simply putting a mirror between a victim and a caster , since the mirror was and is believed to reflect caster thus rendering his act useless .
“Death†water

Used even today widely in Easter Europe in particular . A water in which a deceased person was bathed for the very last time . It is poured into drink or food , or simply sprinkled ( deployed ) on bed , or floor to cause a certain person to die in short time period and with unpleasant and often violent death . It’s effect is reversed by sprinkling Holy Water with a Basil and Rosemary tied with red yarn as aspergent .
Life burning candle

Candle made from human fat and chimney ashes , colored black , named by victim , and than penetrated with needles and bones in midnight causing pain , and mischief to victim . It was done on Midnight on “moonless†night , in cemetery , and it was saidth that every needle was felt by victim. The candle is then left to burn it self out , and If undisturbed it is believed to cause the death of victim .
Crossing the stream or body of the river, or attending the mass or sacraments, or simply being in temple , in the very moments when candle is burning is saidth render this charm useless
