dreams newbie question

Lately i have been having feelings of being watched or feeling someones presence but when i look no one is there. When i sleep i get dreams of myself or my family members dying. Ive tried protection chants but nothing is working for me. Can someone please suggest something to help me?

Try doing a smudging ritual or other house cleansing rituals and see if that helps. Or, if you have a feeling you know who or what is causing this "being watched" feeling, you can do a banishing ritual on them to get whatever it is out of your house and away from your family.

Attached? What have you been doing that makes you think something might have attached itself to you? If your aunt is experienced, shell know what to do. and if not, you can always get profetional help from a local coven or more experienced witch in your area. Pm me if your need anymore help, ok?

i say attached because for years and years these feeling have been going on... One day its there taunting me for maybe six months or so but then its gone....but for some reason it always shows back up. A friend of mine trying to be funny said it might be a demon....Is that even possible?
