My First Experince

Well i have been trying to do this for a while but just a few minutes ago i used http://www.spellsandmagic.com/astral3.html to help me. It took three tries, but then finally my vision got kinda blurry and i felt as if i was leaving my body, does this mean i have done it correctly?

In the case you don't know that I suggest you study up on astral projection and know more before trying it.

This is one thing where knowledge counts.

And yes, the idea of projecting is leaving the body, logically if you felt like you were most likely doing it right.
