sleep paralysis in astral

have any of you guys experienced paralysis before entering the astral planes? =]

After wards is more common, but this does occasionally happen.

Mainly it's because of a mental state of relaxation, your body's muscles are not moving so it tends to be a bit tough getting them to move again.

I wouldn't worry about it, you probably just need to do a bit of stretching before and after astral travel is attempted. :)
