can't cast a singel spell

i am haveing lots of problems trying to cast 1 spell i try to charge my wand nothing i try to use the flying spell NOTHING!!
if anyone who knows what might be the problem please tell me.

Personal Opinion on Learning the Basics:

Basics. Learn them. Love them. Use them if they fit your path.
Meditation, visualization, grounding/centering, energy flow and control, shielding and circle casting, elements, days, colors, tools, moon phases.
After shielding it is more path and/or culture based.

I'm a bit creeped out now... I was able to cast most magics before learning what everyone considers "the basics"

Everyone has the ability to cast Magick, though a lot of people need to re-learn what should have been natural instinct because the masses of society live primarily on logic (conscious mind) levels.

Also, reincarnated souls know what they have learned in the past without re-learning everything in a new life.
