He loves me not... Please

i need help wtih this. it says to use it if the person is getting stalkerish and is obsessed with me.
this guy i know keeps coming into my room (using black magic to hide himself) and watches me sleep
he has had to revert to ancient magic as i sense him and break his dark magic spells
i really want to use this spell on him because i feel the situation is getting out of hand

what do you think i should do?

I won't humor you. Contact the police if he is getting into your room at night without permission.

Setting up magickal protection can't hurt, but for this sort of thing you need immediate, corporeal protection.
